The coffee was barely warm. They don’t keep hot coffee and whomever pours it certainly doesn’t have pride in their work. Definitely should be able to tell if the coffee you pour is hot. Funny thing is they put a sleeve on, must be a very robotic act. I like the flavor, so pay $3+ for a cup of HOT black coffee. This was a terrible experience.

My daughter wanted a breakfast sandwich and a dragon fruit drink and that’s the ONLY reason I gave this place my money. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon, the pickup line was almost out the door. I started making my way to the counter to order when the manager yelled “do u have the Starbucks app” I said no, so she rolled her eyes as if I was getting on her nerves, then as my daughter was in the middle of ordering she yelled to the ppl behind me “do you have the Starbucks app” she didn’t even apologize for being rude, then she continued to take my daughter’s order while complaining about how they were short staffed and nobody cares ♀️ she made it very clear that she was frustrated and wanted to close the store but ppl kept taking the chairs down (whatever that means) a customer should never know you’re having a bad day, it was very off putting and I will not return. Maybe she needs to hire more staff or choose a different job, if you’re short staffed take it up with Starbucks and NOT THE CUSTOMER!

I went to the pop up on Dulaney on may 24 at 9am. I accidentally grabbed the wrong cup after the girl behind the counter called my name and looked dead at me as if to confirm it was my order. After leaving I realized this was not my order. I came back to let them know I grabbed the wrong one and the girl behind the counter was obnoxiously loud, snarky and nasty about the whole mix up, saying that’s why we will hand you your order when it’s ready (which they weren’t). There were 4 people with the same first name as mine and all they were doing was yelling out first names and putting cups on the counter. Won’t be going back, especially after realizing there are mom and pop places in the area I’d rather support.

One of the employees suggested that I try the Chicken Caprese Panini and I did. It was scrumptious. It hit the spot. It was not too much or too little. The sandwich price was under $7.
