Poor service. Inside target, which is a minus. They don’t have everything like a regular Starbucks. There’s another Starbucks in the parking lot across the street which is more convenient and I’ve never had an issue there.

No customer. We ordered our drinks. Then the blenders broke but the staff didn’t think to tell us so after 10 minutes of waiting I had to ask what was going on and where were our drinks. The staff acted surprised we were annoyed with the lack of customer service.

Terrible customer service, made my drink incorrectly right in front of me as I was asking about it. Tried to be polite as I asked about it, the girl with the black hair and blonde bang kept shutting me down. Didn’t even bother to try and communicate with me. Handed me my drink and walked away.

Worst customer service ever. Employees joking in the back room while clocking in and putting on their aprons where customers can see them while the line continues to build. They don’t have a sense of urgency and don’t care about customer service. No pastries available either. Not recommended.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I visited this Starbucks today and was so impressed with the women working there. Upon walking in the door, the woman making drinks enthusiastically greeted and welcomed me. It was definitely a slow time, but I was not the only customer in the cafe. The cashier was also extremely polite and put a smiley face on my cup. I commend the person who hired these positive and energetic employees! Thank you!

Two stars is generous. Unfriendly staff who doesn’t know their product. They never have decaf or dark roast available when I go without having to wait extra and at their inconvenience. Their loyalty program is unexciting at best. You’re better off going to Dunkin’ for both coffee and customer service which are both readily available.
