It’s 10:28 on a Tuesday and the inside of this location is closed yet AGAIN. As someone who works from home and is used to grabbing my coffee and working out of Starbucks, this location does not allow for that. I am new to this area and have never experienced a store not being open during the hours of operation posted on their door and constantly only having their drive-thru open. Every time you come to this location you’re taking a gamble because they might have decided to shut down early for the day which is honestly flabbergasting considering the reputation this franchise has.

This location should be equipped with the employees to run the business. Why do you close the inside and hang drive thru only. Atleast have a person bring the mobile orders outside, it defeats the purpose of having mobile order option if you have to wait in line. Also any changes made should be noted on the app. For example if the inside is closed the app should indicate drive thru only

It’s 2:55pm on a Friday . Walked into the store today and was told by the male barista to quote “get out “ because the inside was closed . I replied that’s your choice of words and he said yes you have to get out . I then asked for the store manager who came out and made an excuse for him saying he’s not use to people coming in here . I said he’s very rude and unprofessional there are other ways he could have asked me to leave the store . I’ve called corporate and they have put in a complaint to the district and regional managers . I visit Starbucks almost everyday in different locations and never had that experience.

The crew looked so tired this morning at 7:00am; they showed no sense of urgency. One suggestion I’d like to make: place your customer’s breakfast sandwich in the oven FIRST and then pour a Venti of Pike Place to complete my order. Doing it this way will make better use of my time and theirs too!
