I am not sure why the barista cannot get a white chocolate mocha made correctly? My coffee literally tastes like hot water; this is ridiculous considering the cost of coffee at Starbucks. The worst part is I did not taste it until I pulled out of the drive thru so I couldn’t turn around to have them remake it. Management— retrain your staff please!

My girl wanted me to try one of their dairy drinks. Told her it was stupidly expensive, but she insisted. What looked like a 8oz cup was more than halfway filled w/ice. The drink was gone in seconds. Tasted nice, but i will NEVER be a Starbucks customer at these prices

Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I’ve had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I’m giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less “friendly” baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.

As someone that loves Starbucks coffee this was the Worst Starbucks ever, staff female was flirting and taking her time with a Target employee and ignored customer in line. And As the only 2 people there, the other female left the store ignoring the people in line.

The drive thru sucks because it’s always packed lol BUT I love this location so much. The employees are beyond amazing and never fail to make my day with their jokes, upbeat attitudes, or compliments. Plus my coffee is always right and how I like it.

This place is getting 4 stars instead of 5 because my experience here doesn’t usually go this way: My barista today was Lex and she was absolutely fantastic. Her help had just gone on break and she was running drive through and making in house drinks herself. I’ve sat longer in the drive through with less drinks and more people on than I had today and she rocked it out and got me in and out of there. She was friendly from the moment I walked in until the moment I left and came back with a tip for her. Seriously the best employee they have and definitely the best customer service!

I just had an amazing experience when I visited this location with Shawn. He was working the drive thru and had amazing customer service. Workers are so nice, but the drive thru takes entirely too long! 30 mins for 3 drinks and 3 breakfast wraps with no special instructions or modifications? No bueno. Place was clean and staff was super friendly though.
