I used to come here every Sunday AM for yearssss. Lately the place randomly closes whenever they want. This morning a young black girl was behind the counter and said “I can’t take your order” .. ok why? “I just can’t” I said where is your manger?? “ flippantly responds, “I don’t know”

I only ordered 2 or 3 times in this location when I was grocery shopping. Baristas at this location never gave me a full cup. Sometimes 80% full, 70% full, some times only half full, but never a 100% full cup. Would a customer be happy with only a half cup when paying more than $6 for a coffee? This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve encountered.

This is a quaint little Starbucks inside Safeway on Elden Street in Herndon. Basically as soon as you walk in the Safeway, the Starbucks is right there on the side. It’s not large, but it has everything you need.

Come to this Starbucks every other day, when I come I am always greeted by the morning crew, even when there’s a line am always willing to wait, some of the nicest girls I have encountered on my visits My drink is always made timely and I have no issues with the service.
