I spend alot at Starbucks. Only to now being told I’m losing 89 Stars in 2 days. (89) when I spent the money to get them and have been saving stars diligently . When my gift card Is empty I’m switching coffee places. Starbucks doing this to people is bologna

Three stars purely for the employees. I’ve been there quite a few times and their espresso machine has been out. Last time I went there, I ordered a snack for my daughter then started to order a drink, only to find out the the man behind the counter wasn’t actually a Starbucks employee. He said he could only get food and pour brewed coffee….WHY? I understand being short-handed and needing a break…so put up a sign that says you’re closed and what time you’ll be back.
