I’ve been twice to buy my coffee at that place and although the first time it was all fine, the second time I was not happy. When I arrived at the cash register, I greeted the cashier and he did not answer. He took my order and when he finished taking my order I said thank you and he did not answer either. And the next person he helped he greeted so normally. I’m not going back to that place.

This morning I order a sandwich and it’s still cold. Brung it to the baristas attention. By which she was alone with a pretty hefty line. She says oh I can put it back in for you. She does and iver cooks it. I ask for a refund and it’s as if it’s my fault I ate halfway through my sandwich and it was absolutely cold. She then says it’s not her fault that it was overcooked. She didnt have the common sense to stop the microwave. Customer service was poor. Obviously because she was understaffed and it’s close to her getting off. Which she disnt hesitate to let it be known. This is not the type of customer service our community needs. Especially after you sell a cold breakfast sandwich. Hope my next visit is more professional than this. If I decide to ever visit this location again!!!!
