New semester, new staff who clearly need to be retrained. Was a good place to get good coffee/drinks before! Lattes aren’t supposed to be completely off white and taste only of milk. When I pointed this out, they said I was incorrect and that’s what an iced hazelnut latte is supposed to look like. “It’s what you ordered”…I asked for a new one and they said it’s just going to be exactly the same…idk guys you be the judge. Donut was the usual that you find on campus.

Good location, fast service and very quiet. great for studying. They dont carry all of the Starbucks items but still have a wide range of drinks and snacks. It’s inside McNairy Library.

If you want to buy steamed milk for five dollars this is the place. Really nice people but they always make my drink wrong. If you have meal plan it’s fine but not if your paying lol

Horrible! They have gotten my order wrong every time. If you cannot make the same drink as Starbucks, do not brand yourself as them and don’t charge the same price. Disappointed.
