Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They’re out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they’re friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I’m craving. If you treat them like humans, I’m sure you’ll find they’re more willing to work with your complaints.

Ordered caramel macchiato. It may have been good. Idk. Always like just a pinch of cream added which I do myself so not too much. They ran out, and attendent offered to pour some from behind the counter. I said ok but only a tiny amount. She proceeded to slosh about a third of a cup of cream – overflowed my cup. She did apologize but did not offer to correct the drink after ruining. I sipped some (to get below top) and got hubby (who had just straight coffee) to then share a bit of his coffee into mine. Didn’t help much. I basically had a cup of creamer to drink. Blick.

Went to this Starbucks while waiting for my spouse to get out of surgery. This Starbucks provided excellent service, very quick, and efficient. We had to stand 6 ft apart and wear masks. This Starbucks also provides pay by the app which is great.

i called there for extra reassurance because i suffer from severe ocd and anxiety and one of the workers was extremely rude to me and made me feel awful for asking them if i got what i ordered. i only called because i don’t order it myself because i cannot leave my room, so my anxiety gets really high because i cannot do it on my own. the workers are serving us they shouldn’t try and make the customers feel bad especially when they’re being nice. will never eat here or order anything here again

We got a vanilla latte and it was so weak. Definitely the worst coffee we ever had from Starbucks. On top of that, 2 employees stood around and talked while one girl made all the drinks. I don’t recommend this location, but I do love Starbucks as a brand.

I was at Starbucks Hershey Penn State Med Center. I will NEVER go back. Manager was ignorant. Made a comment “ I hope you don’t think your getting your drinks for free” bc my card was not working. I work there and NEVER will go back . He shouldn’t be working with the public.

This location is notorious for not getting your order correct ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha cafe frappuccino…they forgot the coffee, forgot the dark chocolate layer, forgot the topping…reordered and literally hit the same messed up drink with crystal topping. Coffee based means coffee based.
