My family and I stopped in the other day while visiting the park. It was a mess .. worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The girl working register was inexperienced taking forever for one persons order. The counter where drinks are being made was a complete mess and dirty. The blender was not getting properly washed. I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha they gave me a matcha frappe that is not what I ordered and the girl making it couldn’t put the lid on and her fingers was going all over my drink that I didn’t even ask for. They re made the drink but I was not refunded for the price difference and I know there is a price difference between the iced matcha and matcha frappe. I got one drink and it was $10.00. Please get your coffee from somewhere else save all your troubles.

The greatest Starbucks I’ve ever been too, every time I go I’m treated with kindness and swiftness. I really appreciate the discount for annual passholders. Last time I had the most wonderful talk with employee Callie. She was kind and we talked for a while over our shared love of Star Wars when she noticed my shirt. Definitely one of the greatest experiences I’ve had at Hershey Park.

This place probably doesn’t get the respect it deserves for being the only Starbucks in the square foot amount that it’s in. I mean, in any given city, sometimes they have four Starbucks in the same square footage that Hershey Park covers. So that’s a lot to tackle for these baristas. That being said, they could have been a little bit nicer.

I feel like I visited Starbucks more than I did Candymonium. Each time I went, the staff was incredibly nice and provided great service. When I went for Pass Holder previews, one of the workers by the old Carousel area even asked me if I liked my drink. These people are just so sweet and nice.
