I had ordered a medium vanilla latte with pumpkin spice muffin. While waiting, the cashier young lady was scratching her forehead and continue to take orders instead of sanitizing her hands. Then I noticed that she didn’t get my pumpkin spice muffin (which I am glad since she did not sanitized her hands). Another young lady ( in which she was very nice) came up to me and had given the muffin. But when I got home it was not baked fully. I am very disappointed.

This location was very efficient and great the first two weeks they were open, and have quickly fallen downhill. We get coffee almost every morning on the way to work and they get orders wrong consistently, almost on the daily. The frustration of having to constantly go back to fix simple coffee orders has led us to get coffee elsewhere.

Suppsed to he open unril 9pm yet rarely is. I understand the staffing shortages because of Covid but the hours fluctuate so much its ridiculous. I just tried to go here at 5PM on a Saturday and the stores closed. EXTREMELY IRRITATING, WILL NOT BE BACK.

Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Two of the employees were talking for five minutes about how a customer had complained to them earlier and I qoute them “I don’t give a F$&k how her coffee tastes.” While I was waiting for them to take my order. Honestly they need new management because I agree with the women that complained the coffee I had ordered was terrible they screwed up my order too.
