Asked for an iced mocha latte. Twice they made it hot. When I complained Nina (I’m guessing the manager) got very nasty. So she gave me my money back instead of trying to figure out the problem. The worst customer service ever.

This starbucks is phenomenal. I have been here many times in the past several months, they always get my drink right and they do it with a smile. It has become my preferred starbucks. It’s the only starbucks that knows what “no foam and no room” means, filling it to the top every time! The staff on every shift is happy, friendly, and courteous. They work well together and help each other prepare orders in a consistent and dependable way. They are ALWAYS positive. They are very knowledgeable and know what to recommend depending on your mood.

Mobile ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving to store. Food was not ready, waited another 20 minutes before leaving after stating I was waiting on a breakfast wrap. This is not the first time this has happened. I have had multiple attempts at this location during early morning hours when it is not too busy and they simply forget items in your order. Ridiculous.

Beautiful and spacious with plenty of seating. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and there are plenty of outlets for charging devices. Great place to get work done. And for when you’re really on the go, the drive thru is super convenient.

The drive thur location is tight and horrible. Its right off of the extremely busy Sunrise service road. I had to yell so the girl taking my order could hear me. Once i ordered my carmel Macchiato i knew it tasted different and shouldn’t have drunk it. I got the worst upset stomach you could imagine. I love starbucks but will never purchase from this location ever again.

I visited this Starbucks on Christmas Day with the expectation that they closed at 4 PM. After waiting in the drive through line for about 15 minutes, possibly longer, when I finally got to the ordering window a young lady said they were closed. I said that did not make sense since it was only 4:01 at that point and I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. They should have put cones or something outside for the people who arrived after 4. When I asked for the store manager she claimed not to know and when I asked for her name she said it was John which I highly doubt Very disappointed in the poor service and not even the courage to give your real name.

Don’t get the draw of overpriced coffee. And this location could be in one of the worst spots traffic-wise. People are too lazy to go inside so the drive thru line screws up the whole shopping center traffic flow.
