The location of this Starbucks is great. So close to some of the tourist spots like Brooklyn Bridge. There was some construction going on right outside here when we were there but the coffee was good . The staff were not as great as some of the other locations, but overall a good experience.

It’s convenient for me to go down 5 minutes to grab a coffee when I go to work in the morning. I work at Shack shake a local burger place around the area. This morning today this barista had snapped at me as I was trying to make conversation and was externally rude this morning. It made me panic because I’m not too good with confrontation from other establishments. All I wanted was a coffee and instead it just ruined my entire morning and I still had to go to work. I don’t need bad energy from a coffee place and this is the last time I will go there. Not that it matters but have better staff with more patience. I would never speak to any of my guest at shack shake that way.

Starbucks in general has really gone down hill. Charging for every little thing on top of already being expensive, expiring stars, blah blah blah. But this location also doesn’t have a restroom for customers????? How the heck you gonna serve me all the liquids and then tell me I can’t use the restroom that’s right there?? I’m 8 months pregnant, put up signs on the entry door and by the cash register to let customers know about this. I only got a drink so I could use the bathroom but then I couldn’t anyway. Thankfully there’s the Time Out Market not too far away but the line there is astronomical so when you’re super preggo and have to pee, you might have an accident.

I have been to tons of Starbucks. This one takes the cake on every Starbucks stands for. Staff was not inviting or friendly. There was Noone at the register with 4 people on line, sorry 6 people. 2 walked away. Eventually when the girl was done on her cell phone standing in the doorway of the back she graced us with her presence. Date is 4/21/23 @ 11:02 AM

I’ve been to Starbucks across the US and locations across Europe. This Starbucks has the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. The service industry and especially coffee shops can be very stressful and thankless jobs. (Here’s looking at you, Starbucks Corporate. Stop union-busting.) These staff seem to maintain a positive environment of just vibes starting with fantastic Spanish music. I heard the singing get fuller and realized two staff were singing along and just jamming together as they did their work. Absolutely positive environment. I hope each employee gets the kudos they fully deserve and much more. It’s the holiday season as I post this and packed with tourists. Friendly and kind to all, no matter the possible frustrating situations you encounter working in the service industry. It seems like the main thing at play is the chemistry, respect, and care for one another as staff and people. Dancing together as they get stuff done and still efficient at making drinks. Starbucks management, y’all better be giving these people a raise or at least 35-40 hrs a week for full time hours, pay, and benefits. They’re stellar.

Took relatively longer to get our orders. Construction alert with noisy neighborhood but the cafe inside is quiet and cool. Kept very clean. Loved my iced peach tea.
