I’ve never been to this place but I was across the street getting lunch and was sat behind a man and a younger woman having a meeting, I’m assuming it was informational regarding a new position. The man was giving the girl some information about her new position and said a few things that didn’t sit right with me or my company. He began talking about the employees and mentioned that some of his employees were “dumb” and that the person he was referring to must have been made fun of her whole life because she was dumb and have no self esteem, he was giving out personal health history about his employees, personal health history of employees families, and even called a few of the employees mean and have anger issues. If this was my boss I’d be livid, also his laugh is so annoying.

Update 9/29/2022: this place was my fave, but now it’s starting to go down in terms of “love” it’s gone down. For the most part the staff is great! There’s a few that are bleh in terms of enthusiasm but all the men that work at this location are SO nice! Whoever does their inventory really needs help with math because they’re always selling out of things, especially seasonal flavors. It’s a prime time spot, so I’d say to just add two more of everything to the orders. And lastly, in terms of speed.. phew theyve gotten slow. But i still go to them pretty faithfully so

Updated review. I came through drive-thru today and ordered. 1 venti hot cinnamon dolce latte with soy milk & no whip cream, 1 venti strawberry acai refresher with lemonade, no inclusions with light ice & 1 grande royal english breakfast tea with 2% milk & 5 sugars on the side. When I got to the window they handed me my drinks I asked for a cup holder and wasn’t given one nor an answer on too of that they handed me a royal english breakfast tea with 5 shots of espresso and I tipped them. So kind of disappointed in the service I got.

Today was my first day at this location and my drink was made so quick & so tasty. They are incredibly short staffed which is otherwise very frustrating for them, and they are out of stock of so many items, as per almost every location but they still quickly took care of me. Starbucks was a much more interesting place when it first went national twenty-some years ago. They had a large variety of coffees, a coffee of the day, food made by small bakers, etc. Now, it seems to be mostly flavored coffee drinks or Pike Place coffee, a bitter burnt tasting brew. No blonde roast after 10 AM unless one wishes to come in and wait for a pourover. The mass-produced food is still a cut above Duncan, Mac, and BK, but only a thin cut.
