Worst employees I have ever seen. Leslie R was chatting with fellow employees while people were waiting in queue. She forgot to prepare my order and I had to remind them after 10 mins. Leslie who took my order, made a drink for herself and left with her fellow employee.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. I stay in line for 5 min and staff was just standing there talking and a guy walk in front of me from the other end, one of the staff came to take his order first. The drink didn’t come out the way I want it. I order two brownies and they put it in the same bag and smushed together.

This location is supposed to open at 6 AM. An employee arrived after 6 and let us know she wouldn’t open until 6:30. The next closest location is 30 mins away, so we figure we’ll wait. It is now almost 7 and she’s still not open and not taking orders. I’m not sure if she is short staffed today, but I wouldn’t trust the hours on this location. She also could have been honest with us about how much time she needed to prepare so we didn’t waste our time.

Got a regular cappuccino, they completely missed the coffee. I got a cup of hot milk for $5 and a ten minute wait. Waited for the foam to dissipate to see if there’s any coffee and there isn’t.

Ordered an iced coffee and got half of cup filled with whipped cream and a hot caramel macchiato took forever. I found out they forgot about my coffee until I remind them(10 minutes wait). Also ordered two cake pops for my kids I asked them to make sure they were not the chocolate one’s fair enough I got one chocolate cake pop. SMH. Just to make it even better i did not get the points for the purchase.
