Today’s experience was the last straw and I will not be going back to this Starbucks location due to unsanitary food practices. The workers of this store are awful and deserve to get fired. I ordered a drink which had an OBVIOUS long hair secured in place underneath the lid. This was not mine (I have short black hair and this was a long blonde hair. The girl who made it was blonde). I returned to the store and very nicely asked the girl to remake the drink since there was a hair in it (I understand accidents happen). The girl that I spoke to looked at me dumbfounded, did not offer to willingly correct the situation, and even asked me if it was mine. I had picked it up only 5 minutes ago. She even told her coworker and they began snickering about it as I was in front of them….this shows an extreme lack of intelligence. To make matters worse, after she began remaking the new drink, she tried to reuse the same cup out of spite. As a customer, I had to tell an adult employee to use a new plastic cup instead of using an old cup that had been in contact with her dirty unwashed hair. You literally can’t make this insane behavior up. If they are willing to do this in front of a customer, I don’t even want to imagine what goes on here in private. This is disgusting. (note I blurred out my name in the pictures for privacy as I have lived in this town for the last 30 years)

I love our Chester Starbucks! Coffees are fresh and delicious and the food is fresh – we usually only get the lemon or pumpkin pound cakes – we tried a tomato mozzarella sandwich on focaccia and it was old, dried out and should have been tossed. I just won’t order another sandwich – but I will still go and get my coffee there! Very pleasant staff!

This is a great location for a starbucks! Zip zap and done. Yes there was a line when i went… but I guess people do not have patience anymore. Sometimes you have to wait. No big deal! It honestly took about 8 min . 2 min each with each car in front. Again thats pretty quick. Drink was great and service was awesome!

I feel bad for the staff here. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what. But there’s always insane wait times. Did this become the most popular Starbucks in the state or something? The staff does what they can to try and keep up but I wait about 25 minutes on average for mobile orders.

Chester Starbucks repeatedly serves luke warm coffee, not hot. I went through the drive-through and asked the girl to heat my coffee and she came back with it a minute later and it was the exact same temperature . This has happened on more than one occasion where Was served lukewarm coffee. I’m heading to Chester Dunkin’ Donuts
