This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. This location undervalues Starbucks brand. It’s very duty; there is garbage everywhere, floors and tables. It doesn’t welcome anyone to get food from there. Don’t even wanna know how things are under counter.

This location is absolutely disgusting!! There was trash everywhere, floors were dirty and sticky, counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all day, and the bathroom was repulsive. I counted 8 employees working and the store looked like a dumpster.

A very chaotic and disorganised shop, with a collection point for online ordering and in store ordering. The shop was understaffed as they were running 30-45min behind with the orders. The online ordering seemed to take priority over in store ordering as people would come in, order online and wait as opposed to ordering at the till. The noise was unbearable, the loud music, background noise of too many people in the shop was making it impossible to hear your name for the order. The overall experience was disappointing and frustrating for a cup of latte.

Visited this store today! Was greeted by a friendly and attentive girl. The male employee with glasses was rude and ignored me. He made my drink wrong and refused to remake it, at the time it was not busy as I was the only customer besides 2 others. When I alerted the boy of his error he rolled his eyes, groaned, “I made it correctly” and walked away. I was left with an iced chai tea latte with water in it, tasted terrible took two sips and threw it out as the employee refused to fix it.

Today we was in the area buying gifts for others and my daughter loves this location as they always make her drink amazing. We ordered mocha frappchino with dark Caramel and ordered ice tea with a cup of ice. They had a message written on the cup. I absolutely love it. Colleen and John were great and personabal. Thank you
