Well I don’t know who wrote the 4 and 5 star reviews, but any review where the give someones first name and say how great they are I have to guess is themselves or a relative giving the review. I have observed this starbucks and the facts are it does not open consistently at the times it states and now there is no food in the case. How can you run a business like that. I thought maybe they were going out of business. Anyway you can see for yourself, don’t take my word for it!

Came here the other day and the store was an absolute mess. Employees were rude, and they didn’t take ownership for anything. Just kept blaming the fact that most their staff quit ( makes you wonder how their management treated them. I’ve heard horror stories from some of their recent ex-employees and I wouldn’t even let my daughter work here because of what they said) Their oven still isn’t working, they seem very disorganized, and like they have no clue what they are doing. Their hours are not updated on Google, though it wouldn’t matter because they like to close when ever they don’t feel like working. Tbh, I don’t even understand how this Starbucks is still open. It’s so outdated and I almost always have problems when going here.

Our order was fine and delivered to us quickly. I would have rated five stars except some of the staff were quite rude and just had an attitude problem in general. We are very friendly people and not difficult to get along with. We all have bad days but you shouldn’t let it affect the way you greet a customer. I would recommend if at all possible for the management to turn the music down because with the plexiglass between us at the counter, it’s very hard to hear each other and that exacerbates the negative mood behind the counter.

This place is the worst ever. They open when they want to never on time. They never have food always out. I went to get a venti coffee and they don’t have Venti cups. How you run out of supplies that make keeps your store open. So disappointed with this Starbucks. Never again

These people love trans people almost as much as I love a large hot english breakfast tea with steamed whole milk. Wow! One of the best Starbucks location in these United States of America. i rate the Starbucks of one out of five because it says online they close at six and I came there at 5:25 and they were closed. I was very upset as well as another customer trying to go into the store.

This store is always closed. It’s just coffee. Hate is always closed. Always an issue, computers are down and they have no eta when they will open. But I bet everyone there clocked in and is getting paid. It’s ridiculous when it’s everyday. I never heard more excuses than this particular Starbucks. Close this location, they never open anyways.

Starbucks is pretty consistent. I like their chai and their espresso drinks aren’t bad either. Not cheap, but the only place to get a decent coffee without going to the food court on the other side of the mall.
