Absolutely love the crew here! Excellent customer service and always have my coffee ready for me (made perfectly every time btw) or start making it as soon as I come up to the counter in the morning and always Served with a smile!!

Afwul!! They aren’t a real Starbucks. They don’t accept rewards. Always takes FOREVER to complete an order. Always a bad experience here. Don’t waist your time.

Starbucks located inside stop& shop was very quick to get me. My latte was very helpful. Even though one of their machines was broken, they were able to make me my drink

Kathy needs to work on her customer service skills. Starbucks corporate needs to step in and staff this appropriately, it is always understaffed, who I feel bad for, but also there is a male Stop&Shop employee who is nice and helps out the Starbucks by filling in on breaks but he has no idea how to make the drinks which defeats the purpose of helping. They need to either close down for breaks or be adequately staffed. He literally asks you how to make your drink, if there’s not enough staff then it just needs to be shut down. I’m about to rattle off a few eye-rolling phrases such as I’ve worked customer service myself etc. but I just felt I needed to be heard. My wife had a panic attack because this guy took 30 min to make basic menu items, the first drink was awful and we didnt even wait for the second. The people behind us were judging us as crazy people but this is ridiculous. Does McDonald’s ask you how to build your burger? No. It’s a nice gesture for the guy to do but it’s not his problem. Shut it down by management for the employee to have a break or staff it fully. I will be contacting both Starbucks and Stop and Shop corporate about this.

A bit expensive, but customer service is always very good and so are the drinks. The staff are quick, professional and friendly. I’ve always been impressed. I really prefer Starbucks to Dunkin and will drive farther, even though I’d rather not. I miss living in WA where Espresso is around every corner.

This used to be one of the best stores in the area but after stop and shop transferred the old lead person and brought in the new one it’s gone down hill. All the good staff has left or is leaving and the new lady in charge of the area never even smiles.

The service here was unprofessional and disrespectful. A friend of mine placed an order and was treated disrespectfully to the point where she was brought to tears. In no way is this acceptable for any establishment to conduct themselves in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

Just awful customer service and poor staffing. Kathy needs better personality. They dont care about staff, just care about money. Go anywhere else than here.

Starbucks is great if you’re looking for something different. They can get pricey but again, that depends on your taste and how far you are willing to go to satisfy it.

Terrible experience, the espresso machine was broken so I was only able to get a coffee and she still charged me for a latte.
