I don’t think I’ll come back here. It’s consistently short-staffed. The employees are doing the best they can, but there are only 1 or 2 people on, and it takes forever to get one drink. This has been my experience every time.

SO inconsistent. I love and appreciate having ANY Starbucks locally but service and quality control and very minimal. My drinks are made correctly maybe 1/4 of the time. I mostly stopped going because it’s expensive and just so disappointing.

This Starbucks is really sad. They seem to talk a lot to each other and as customer, you feel like you are bothering them. Last drinks we got there, it was only 2/3 full, and it wasn’t a drink with a lot of foam, so that wasn’t the issue. They are super slow and not very friendly, with some exceptions. I am always friendly to the staff, because I know it isn’t a picnic working with the public. Management needs to staff this place better and / or proved more training. They also seem to be “closed” quite often, when they are supposed to be open, so don’t make a long trip to go there, without confirming they are open 🙁

I WANT to give five stars- the baristas are friendly, the drinks are always made correctly, but they are severely understaffed. It’s not uncommon to wait 30 mins in a short line because there’s only one barista on. This location is way too busy for management to only schedule one person.

All I can say, is very unprofessional. Young staff, the one who appear to be in charge, was clearly unhappy with being at the job, scolded a coworker,” not to mess with her today. “ so clearly audible! I want to say that clearly management, or HR is not supportive of this location, if any. Apparently they can take the loss because I was at this location not two days ago and this Starbucks was closed? Bravo!!! to the owner, Bravo, to corporate. hopefully one day you will realize that the people that work for you are not robots I guess it’s all about the numbers.

Absolutely does not meet the Starbucks standard. The entire location seems to be run by 15 year olds. I’m perfectly fine with a $6.75 drink but Absolutely not from this location.

Worst experience. My first time coming to this location and Literally cashier made me wait in line for 15 mins. Ignored me for 10 mins didnt bother to aknowledge me. A simple ” hi sorry i will be with you momentarely” wouldve been nice but nope kept talking to her coworker and mind you i was the only one in line. I noticed how she was soo nice to other customers but with me she was rude. Disappointed because i was excited to know that there was a sturbucks near my house instead of going 45min to Rhode island smh
