Got 2 of the mango dragonfruit refreshers and both were halfway filled, the barista tried to say that that’s how they do it when you get it with no ice. I get this drink pretty much everyday (never had this issue) and if i’m paying $6 each for a drink it should be filled. I saw another post exactly like this and the starbucks replied saying it would be remade if they were to bring it back. I had hard time getting it filled when trying to let her know it should not be halfway, and when i left the drink was still not even filled all the way. Will not be going back. Disappointing. No hate to the barista but the management should fix this issue.

Please take a look at your cameras around 630 tonight. Just ordered two lattes and watched the employee drop the lid on the floor, and look me in the eye putting it on in hopes I didn’t see. After calling her out and asking for the manager, the manager tried to convince me it was an honest mistake that she knowingly picked up a lid of a floor, and put it on my cup convincing herself I didn’t see until I said something. Honest mistake is one thing, what she did was disgusting, lazy, and inconsiderate. Instead of addressing the issue I got the manager lying to security to rush me out saying I’m swearing at customers when I very directly swore at him for trying to gaslight me rather than tend to his employee. Whole place is a joke, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Pretty disgusting overall. Zoom in on the pic there are spills everywhere.

We were there today and half the machines were not working for coffee and espresso however the young girl working was so pleasant and kind taking care of ten customers not ever getting ruffled. No one should be left alone to service people it’s not fair to your employees or the customer! Your very luck to have someone as customer orientation as her! I hope you appreciate her ! Absolutely terrible, management is a joke. Who puts multiple people on training and only have 1 person that actually knows what they are doing ? This poor girl literally was teaching someone how to use the register and teaching someone how to actually make the drinks. Then I waited 15 min for two lattes and the best part is the manager (she was blonde with blue ends) came in as a customer and was teaching them verbally how to make her drinks but mine was not done. Having management background and seeing how much that crew was struggling makes me sick.
