Starbucks in Dennis (inside Stop & Shop) had a very long wait to place our order. About 15 minutes at 10 am on a Monday There were only two employees with about 20 people on line in the store. And they did not allow online orders. The drinks were good as expected, the wait not so good.

Worst CX at a Starbucks to date. 3 ppl behind the counter and it takes them 5 minutes to take my order bc another customers card isn’t going through. When my drink is ready (still the only customer) they don’t give it to me but place it in the pickup area and tell me “your drink is read over there for pickup.” Very underwhelmed.

This Starbucks never has any of their coffees stocked! Wait in a long line just for them to tell you they don’t have Blonde coffee?!! You are legit in a grocery store that has coffee in aisle 4 go get some! The two young guys that work there are so rude too! I’m all done going to this location!

Don’t particularly like their coffee. Tried it iced with extra milk delishious. New person on counter very friendly and attentive. Clerks also stock shelves said hello also.
