Decent Starbucks, not one of the best in mass. The supervisor or manager doesn’t seem very friendly, but the other team members are very helpful and friendly. My drink was done right, usually it doesn’t get made right but they did it correctly.

Went there for a simple black coffee and it was like six bucks. For 6 bucks I got a coffee that tasted very similar to Walmart’s House blend. The workers were experience and pleasant.

Well, worst Starbucks I have experienced. Staff has an attitude, left the spot for more than 10 minutes. Previously, other staff members had no idea what the drinks were and how to make it. Just absolute worst.

After several visits, I have noticed that employees lac the customer service normally received at a Starbucks. The multiple cups of coffee I have ordered have all not been up to standards. I understand that this is not an official Starbucks location, but being approved to carry one of the world’s largest brand, and offering their product, should come with a responsibility of delivery on the customer service and experience that comes with it.

Horrible customer service. Barista has an awful attitude ALWAYS for no apparent reason plus doesn’t make the drinks correct. Avoid this Starbucks worst one I been to.

They should probably have some experienced Starbucks baristas in this location to properly train new employees to make common Starbucks drinks. I ordered an iced cappuccino, and the people behind me ordered one also plus a Frappuccino … the employee working had to flip through a book to make each drink and it took her quite a long time. She was by herself with no one helping and she clearly was uncomfortable and unsure with the job she had.
