It’s just another roadside starbucks. Paper on the floor and uncleaned tables and chairs. The “manager” wouldn’t honor the price they have on the written menu, instead telling me that it’s not up to date and I had to pay whatever they had in the system, and that in fact the item I wanted (iced coffee) is not even in the written menu …

Nice staff. Typical Starbucks. It does have a drive through, which can be handy. But sometimes things get a bit chaotic at the window. Typically, if there is a problem, they work hard to make it right. They also have a lot of seating, which is nice.

Quick in and out service and convenient access to and from Route 1. It was an easy stop on our trip out of state and helped make the drive out of state a little easier. They sometimes put a little too much syrup in their beverages, so you may want to ask for less than you normally use.

I am unsure of how to review as I had mixed feelings I placed an online order asking for two mango dragon fruit lemonade refreshers I pickup my order and receive 2 lemonades and I was a little confused at first because I am like wait aren’t I supposed to get a warning at least, but anyway I let the cashier know and she’s like we don’t have mango so we just gave you lemonade it tastes the same, I am confused because I paid for mango dragon fruit what I paid for not just to buy lemonade. Like honestly would you go to a coffee shop and if they don’t have coffee they will just give you the creamer because they don’t have coffee. I was not understanding. Then the barista I think that’s what he’s called was nice and rude at the same time I even felt bad for letting him know of their error. I understand they are busy but you do pay for what you get and at least please give a warning. I was not rude I simply wanted what I paid for and remind you the drinks aren’t cheap and for just lemonade with fruit trust me I’d rather go to wendy’s their probably like 1 dollar or something. My only complaint here is when that occurs again don’t just give the person lemonade simply let them know communication is key. And don’t get frustrated look at the bigger picture.

I have never complained about any Starbucks I have gone to, but hands down this has to be one of the worst. The drinks are horrible i don’t know if they hired new people or not but they need some serious training on how to mix or make drinks like matcha tea latte or pumpkin spice ect.. After couple attempts definitely will not be returning to this location SMH..

The Starbucks is terrible. The drive-through is absolutely insane, always. Sometimes the door is locked with a sign on it saying that it’s drive-through only which makes everything even more prolonged. I just had a mobile order and one of my drinks were missing and the other two were made incorrect. I don’t know how difficult it is to follow an order that you see right in front of you correctly.

Ordered via my phone for pickup. Had to wait a few minutes longer than the app siggested, but it’s understandable with a drivethru line around the building, online orders piling up, and a dozen or so people ordering in the store.
