I tried this today for take out. I got home to find that they did not give BBQ sauce, forgot the Mac n cheese (which was also not charged), and the French fries are very undercooked and a tiny portion.

Hands down the BEST food you can get in the area! Extra meaty ribs and flavourful brisket made fresh for every order. Fantastic flavours and wonderful service- the owner really goes above and beyond. Everything we ordered was perfection- the Mac and cheese, the potato salad, the collard greens, the corn bread, the pecan pie. Please go here, you won’t regret it.

The food is amazeballs! You have to try the mac&cheese! OMG. The bbq pork was delicious as well. They even use sustainable hardware like forks, straws, etc. very thoughtful. I will be back and highly recommend for lunch or takeout.

First time here. Came by when they were remodeling and rebranding. Food is actually really good. Greens were awesome too. I had the pull pork and the smoke wings. Excellent. I definitely will be returning soon.

Went in to StarBQ this evening, and had an amazing meal of brisket and sirloin steak. The BBQ sauce that comes with the meal is so good and really enhances the flavor of the meat. The ketchup is also made by them and it was so good that I bought a bottle! The staff was really friendly and even kept the place open past their usual hours for us. Shawn is a really awesome host and he was very accommodating letting us know which meats were Halal. The sweet tea here is off the charts! Shawn makes his own custom mix of flavors for the tea. We live about an hour away and it was worth the drive! Thanks you for continuing to make high quality BBQ! We will be back again soon!

Completely blown away today didn’t intend on stopping by being vegetarian and all 🙂 But every great vegetarian knows the love of SIDES. I had seasoned fries that I demolished as soon as I got them! I also got the COLLARD GREENS, SWEET POTATO MASH, and the MARULA WATER MELLON TEA. All of my dishes were really nice and the tea was incredibly refreshing. A few awesome characteristic of this restaurant is that it’s environmentally friendly. The packaging and utensils are 100% biodegradable which means the world to me. I think StarBQ is a hidden jewel of the South. I advise everyone to give them the opportunity to blow your mind!

They’re really nice. It’s small place but they have table side service. Food was good. Meat was nice and juicy. The beef brisket was really tender. It just fell apart. They put some seasoning on top. It was so good. Brunswick stew was flavorful. Nice big meaty chunks of beef in there. Mac and cheese was good too. Overall, it was a great experience. Very filling. Great staff. I’d definitely go again. It’s a little hard to see passing by. It’s in the corner.

Very pleasantly surprised with this place. Went over to grab a quick bite while getting my tires changed next door. Was hesitant at first as I wasn’t extremely hungry and wasn’t in the mood for BBQ. I’m so glad I went in…what a treat! I had The Neptune, which is the smoked salmon sandwich. Absolutely delicious! After a few bites I was given some BBQ sauce to try with it. At first I didn’t want to try it because the sandwich was outstanding without it but when I put on the sauce it as amazing! They have several different types, but the one I got was the Georgia Sweet which almost tasted like a sweet and sour BBQ sauce. Fantastic! The service was great. So glad I stumbled upon the restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Came and ate lunch this afternoon with one of my friends and we LOVED everything. The BBQ was so fresh and flavorful! My favorite was the Brunswick stew and we also ordered the pulled chicken and brisket. The service was also wonderful and everyone was so welcoming. Great place to to eat and hang out! Will definitely be back!!!
