I called to place my order the person had me on hold for 5 minutes, then acted like he couldn’t hear me. That was my red flag I should have went somewhere else. I order chicken egg foo, the patties burnt, thin and no flavor, the chicken eggs rolls was garbage I tossed it all not worth it shaking my head you want get any more of my money again, my lips has enough oil to share with my kids, don’t order from here it’s not worth it

The food here is always affordable & delicious! I get the shrimp fried rice and it is packed with shrimp. Their wontons are perfection and their sweet & sour sauce (that they provide with the wontons) is uniquely yummy. They always remember to put sauces & silverware in the to go bag which is a plus.

Me and my Son use to order food from this place consistently every week but the taste of the food has tremendously declined in conjunction with this overly rude anger aggressive old woman the customer service sucks as well! She treats customers like she’s doing them a favor when you’re patronizing their restaurant! I vow not to ever eat from this place again! She needs to be fired immediately!

First time here. Rude. I asked the lady at the front a simple question, does it come with white rice and she got an attitude and changed my whole order. Didn’t answer me then got mad again when I corrected myself. Basically it wasn’t pleasant to be yelled at for misunderstanding the menu. Moving too fast I felt rushed and I’m the only customer in the store. Food was good though I guess.

My wife and I have gone here for over 9 years and always liked their food. The last few times we have gone, the food didn’t taste as good as it used to. The woman who works there is very loud and rude and does not do orders right. The parking lot by their restaurant was glare ice and hard to walk on. When I explained to her how slippery it was out there, she gave me an F U attitude like she didn’t care. We’ll look someplace else for good food and quality customer service. We’re done going to Star Wok.
