Let me say this 1st. THIS IS THE BEST BBQ IN THE CITY!!! Hands down.

Expect to pay $10 more for each dinner than the prices listed on Google and on their site. $22 for a rib dinner. Food and service were great, but disappointed about the price bait and switch. Also, they were running out of several sides. Get there before noon, and bring extra money.

The turkey wings were on point! I’m talking about soo tender they fall off the bone! The most amazing flavors you can imagine! The greens were seasoned to perfection which is rare to find. I advise you to get there early because it will be a line! Make sure you get the yellow sauce!!! It was soo good. I cleared my plate.

My family and I drove at least 35 minutes to try Stan’s Smoke Signals BBQ..I had the lamb chop dinner and my fiance had the half slab of ribs dinner the food was soooo good we couldn’t even leave the parking lot before finishing our meals. This by far was the best BBQ I have had and we’ll definitely be returning. Also forgot to mention the customer service was good as well!!

When I tell you!! I’m from the dirty dirty south and this food so good! The greens was so juicy and tender, the bake beans was fire, the ribs was A1!!! Customer service excellent and let’s not forget the potato cobbler. Sheeesh!! I’m coming back!

Me and my Fiancé stopped by on a Saturday later in the afternoon. The Rib sandwich looked got so we each got one. Then ordered Mac and Cheese, Dirty Rice, and Potato Salad.

My wife stop by to get a ticket first before we go to church. That way we won’t have to wait that long . And, after church it’s on we always two of everything greens, bake beans, Mac and cheese, and the final touch my favorite the rib’s and the wonderful sauce fingers licking good you know I had buy some to take home. Everything is just good and tasty.Thank you all for the wonderful good service. Do you deliver?

If it’s your first time (like it was ours), there are a few things to know before you go. A routine customer filled us in while we were in line. The food truck opens at noon, but you can come prior to opening to get a ticket. Once the food truck opens, the ticket allows you a spot toward the front of the line in front of ‘ticketless’ customers. So even though there weren’t a lot of people in front of us when we initially got in line, gradually people with tickets walked up and got in line, so we ended up further back than we started. By that time, we’d been in line so long already we figured we might as well stay. Also, while they are taking orders for those in line, they are also preparing larger orders as well. When we finally got to the window to place our order, I stood there for a few minutes before being told they had 15 slabs to prepare ahead of our order so we had to wait a bit longer. Our total wait was over an hour and a half. Decent portion size, but unfortunately the food wasn’t worth the wait. It was just okay. I still wish them success in their endeavor.
