Took a trip out to Tyler specifically to have this for lunch. We were not disappointed. Even though we had to stand in line for 20 minutes in the 105 degree heat our meal was EXCELLENT! I had the ex-wife pulled pork and sliced brisket sandwich. I took brisket and ribs to go. The sandwich was very good and juicy not overly wet. The ribs were also amazing 4 hours later. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the gray bearded guy walking around chatting up the customers. Throughly enjoyed this lunch. GREAT JOB Team Stanley!

Service was excellent. This restaurant has hired an impressive staff. Most of the employees I observed were young adults, and they were all attentive, friendly, and professional. My entree was ready shortly after ordering it, and my dessert came out quickly after requesting it. The Frito pie was good, and the peach cobbler was okay.

This was my fiance and I first time going to Stanley’s. He had attended a work meeting that had it catered but I had never tasted their BBQ. So it was a new experience for the both of us, and we absolutely loved it! The bartenders were awesome, we were a little confused on how to order our food because there were no set lines and people kept cutting in front of us downstairs since we didn’t know what we were doing, but it wasn’t anything terribly bad against the business themselves. We might have missed a sign that explained how to order but we enjoy wandering around and seeing where we could sit!

Got lunch on a Monday and it only took about 5-10 min to get through the line. 3 meat sampler is $33 but does not come with any sides. The sliced brisket is incredibly tender (you can flake it with a plastic fork) and has amazing smoky flavor. The ribs were great, but not much meat on them, although these were pretty tender as well. The sausage was my least favorite flavor-wise but others in my party loved it.

Great BBQ. The ribs were recommended as world famous. They didn’t disappoint. Tender, well smoked and fall off the bone. Sauce was good as well. Had a nice BBQ flavor. Music was live the night we stopped in and it was Loud, did ya hear me it was loud. Way to loud for the size of the area they were playing in. But that aside, if you go for the BBQ you won’t leave unhappy.

I ordered the jalapeño cheese sausage and chicken sandwich and apple pie and Mac and cheese on the side. Everything is exceptionally delicious So, starting with the sandwich. You really get quite a bit for your Money. The jalapeño sausage has a lil kick to it and the chicken is not shredded which is nice. It’s more like a divided breast that is tender and delicious. The Mac n cheese is the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time! The cheese you can actually taste and it’s thick Velveeta like. The peach cobbler really hit the spot. Mine is better but it’s still Amazing. So I’m rating a smooth 4/5 stars. There were minor inconveniences such as the straws are really cheap and get pinched by the straw hole so you can’t get a sip unless you remove the lid and they have paper towels instead of napkins which would be fine but the paper is extremely rough and unpleasant aside from that I will be back.

Was in Tyler visiting some family, and we took some BBQ to-go for dinner. We got chopped brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage, chopped chicken, mac n cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad. The brisket and chicken was nice and tender. The chicken had an amazing smoked flavor and was complemented nicely by the spicy bbq sauce. The potato salad was also really good and their mac n cheese was extra cheesy! Looks forward to trying some other menu items the next time we are in town.

I moved to tyler about 5 weeks ago and got the chance to come and eat here and LET ME SAY those cluckin chicken tacos are SO good I have got them everytime I have come great portions great prices even better service they are always super polite and they keep it clean and stocked! Go check them out!
