I’ve been to Standard Coffee Co many times since Cory Bahr first opened at the original location a couple of blocks down the street. He has created a downtown gathering spot with great food and coffee. The menu will vary some by season but there’s always a couple of sandwich options, soups and salad or bowl options. The ramen is always a favorite and the are now two options to choose from. The teriyaki salmon bowl is my current favorite and you can’t go wrong with the tuna poke bowl or the smoked salmon bagel.

The ube coconut latte and the blueberry foam matcha latte are sooo delicious. The workers that take my to go order on the phone are always kind and time it perfectly for pick up. When we have asked for no ice for our coffees, they still give a generous amount. The pork belly ramen is definitely worth trying and I love having the option to eat that in Monroe.
