Ordered delivery and I mistyped the phone number. Have the driver on cam attempting to make delivery, but never knocked. When I called for a refund the “manager” was rude and immediately declined and made no offer other than to give us one hour old food. Due to driver error and orderer (me) error. I decided to take the cold food and tip the driver since he did come out to make delivery. Although the person that has the title manager is very rude and not able to work with the customer. She was immediately combative when asking for a refund. New management or training for someone that has no business managing anything would greatly help. Sadly after the experience I will no longer be able to order from and STL pizza and wings location.

I’ve been ordering from the Arnold location for over 10 years. Always consistent wether dining in, carry out, or delivery. Lately I’ve been enjoying the dine-in amenities. Thanks for a decade of consistent product, you know I’ll be back for my pepperoni and extra cheese pie, and hot mustard wings. Can’t beat the quality and value with the daily specials!!!

I doordash from this store and Everytime I go in there the order is never ready and I end up waiting 20 to 30 mins for my order.if you order doordash from here and you food takes longer than an hour to reach your house it’s the stores fault not the doordash driver!!!!!

Delivery brought me the completely wrong order. And instead of making it right, by just letting me reorder what they messed up, they said I had to pay for it again AND go pick it up. Terrible customer service. Especially when food is astronomical these days. Wish I could give them ZERO STARS!
