At SQR Artisan Pizza we make a unique Pan-Thin crust Pizza. We start off with only authentic Italian ingredients to create our dough. Caputo flour, extra virgin olive oil, yeast at 80% hydration.
The dough is then fermented for 72 hours. The secret to Roman pizza is high hydration and allowing the dough enough time to rest and develop large air bubbles. Those large air bubbles are the key component to a light and airy pizza crust. Then it’s time to gently shape the dough in square pizza pans made of Italian steel. The pizza is then baked in our Castelli oven which is hand built in their facility in the heart of Rome.

Really tasty slice, and plenty of toppings and options. Each square slice is cut in two, so you won’t go away hungry with just one slice. A nice addition, is the fact that they also have gelato for sale. I had the vodka slice, and it was excellent. Nice crunch in the crust, cheese was good, with nice crispy edges. The slices are Neapolitan in thickness, but cut in squares like a Sicilian slice.

The square pizzas are great. Some of the best in the area and that says a lot. Each “slice” is really like 2 slices.

This week, SQR just launched their new wings, best bbq wings I’ve had in summit, I also ordered a large pizza for a couple of people and the crust was amazing. It was perfectly cooked and it was the best food that money can buy.

Excellent pizza and calzones. Never had anything else there. Food is always fresh and the workers are very friendly and professional. Josue is always making sure everything is in perfect order. Their sauce is out of this world. They also have a very clean restroom. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Great job every time I go.

The pizza was pretty good; we got a margarita square pie. It is pretty bread-y, but soft on the inside and crusty on the bottom. The bottom was a bit burnt for my liking. The tomato sauce is slightly sweet, and the spices were aromatic. It was not too greasy, by pizza standards. I kinda wished there was more sauce, as the edge slices had a lot of crust. Since it’s a 3×3 square, all but 1 slice had crust.

Ordered from Door Dash, You would think if a third party is handling the food the store would put the pizza boxes in a closed bag or use some sort of closing mechanisms on the box to make sure the pizza isn’t tampered with. The door dash driver threw them on the outside stairs; who knows what happened to the pizza. Looked like garbage that someone leaves out, certainly no appetizing. I was reluctant to try it but I did. The pizza was cold, cheese was cold and there wasn’t any flavor. I am from Italy & this is not good pizza, in fact judging from last nights experience, Very bad. $52 for two small pizzas that went straight into the garbage. Really disappointed!

The best price for the amount of pizza in town as well as, in my opinion, best taste in town. The dough is fermented for 3 days and the enhancement in taste is very apparent. I come here for lunch all the time. Service is very friendly as well. extremely confused by the few negative reviews about the quality and service. I lived in Brooklyn for 3 years and I came here, hoping for similar quality to there. It achieves it without a doubt and I don’t find myself craving the hundreds of pizza places in Brooklyn or New York instead.

I crave this pizza! It’s “thick” crust, but there’s no crust out there that’s so light and airy… It’s delicious. Also, the sauce… Also amazing! It’s not complicated – not laced with herbs – tastes like perfectly ripe summer tomatoes. I see people complain about the cheese. I guess there’s nothing special about it. However, they seem to have nailed the ratio of cheese:sauce:bread – you get to taste everything. This isn’t just your regular pizza pie… It’s an upscale version that you can totally serve at a more sophisticated adult gathering.
