We stopped in here on our way out of town because we heard they had great fish and chips. We weren’t disappointed! The fish was spot on. We also got clam chowder, onion rings, a corn dog, chicken strip, and last but not least, a pickle. Everything was delicious. They also offer ALLLLLL the dips and vinegar. The staff was super friendly. The family left with full bellies for the long trek home!

Oh my God! This place had super fresh fish and prawns. I wanted more! I liked that they gave us salt to season our own fries. I was a little sad to throw away the extra tarter sauce. It was so good. Really liked the friendly employees.

This family owned/operated brother-sister team could not have been more patient and kind. Two people took on a full restaurant New Years Day with tons of people walking over from the park. Breading was perfect on the fish. Food was super fresh! Restaurant was very clean.

Love the spot. Especially the slaw and garlic malt vinegar. Really like the mid century style and history of the spot. Kinda sad that it’s gonna change and be part of a huge apartment but hopefully it’s good for them! Super good check it out!

So happy Spud is back!!!! If you loved them before, you can expect the same quality food and flavor, only now the ketchup & tartar are included! IMHO the best “American” fish and chips, oh and the fried clams too!

Loved this place! It’s the best fried fish we’ve had since moving to Washington. We shared a side of pickles and they were delicious, too. The fries are hand cut, which aren’t my thing, but my husband loved them. They even have an outside area that’s dog friendly – including a bowl of fresh water.

So delicious! Nothing frozen. Definitely worth dining in so you can taste everything right after being prepared.

First time here, expensive. The fish was cooked well but no seasoning, not even any salt on it. I prefer a little seasoning to add to the fish. The fries were the worst. Limp, barely cooked. They must cut the potato in the back and fry them up. Not worth the money for me.

Super overpriced. The prawns were good and not overcooked, the fish was thin and tough and smelled fishy. All and all though you don’t get enough food for the price you pay.
