When they say steak sandwich, they meant the entire cow. Great ingredients, German beers plus meals and drinks under $20. To set expectations , it’s a suburbanite cafe. No hipster gimmicks, no trendy stuff. But the owner is hip and bringing some flavor to the suburbs.

First and foremost not the ideal spot I would consider a good breakfast spot. Second our sever was pretty rude, rushed our order and placed dirty grease printed straws in our water. Price of food was definitely over priced for the quantity and quality of the food. Our dishware and utensils were worn and dirty. Ambiance was definitely an awkward vibe. Overall experience was unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

Had a delicious Easter Brunch here with my family. We got the Dungeness Crab Benedict, Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, and the Hometown Breakfast. There was also complimentary biscuits, croissants, and mixed fruit cups. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was good.

This is what a small home town cafe should be. In the middle of Fircrest the staff and interior decor say come on in, relax and well take care of you. And OMG did they. Out waitress was fantastic! Attentive but not hovering. Clearly there were a number of regulars as the gab about family was part of the nurturing ambiance. The food though was definitely something to write home about!!! And it came surprisingly quickly. The cafe was pretty full and I fully expected to have to wait. But our food was served in about

We stopped for breakfast this morning. They were very busy, every table was full. We got a table pretty quick, the service was simply outstanding! All smiles, food was amazing, came out hot, and was superb. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Can’t wait to try lunch, and dinner! Seriously tho, the best part was how awesome the staff are. Nice ro see smiles, and you can certainly tell they love what they do. It shows, and it’s worth every penny! Thank you

Fiona made sure our unannounced party of 9 was well taken care of. Get anything with the country gravy, it’s the best I’ve had in a long time. Oh, the rest of the ladies there were great as well. But, go get some of that damn gravy… it’s outstanding.

Ok googled for a new place to eat. Had to try after great reviews. This place did not disappoint. Wanted a sausage gravy with flavor and good fried potatoes. They were great tasting which I have eaten a lot of places and now this mom and pop cafe is my favorite. Even make their own sauces besides everything house made. They are small but food and service was worth the wait. Very courteous and friendly. They were packed but still only 10 min wait. I had country steak and my daughter had breakfast burrito. Huge servings took half home.

I have driven past this place many times and have always said I need to try that, and that’s just what I did. It’s a quant little restaurant with average decor. The place itself has an unfinished feeling, like it was intended to be more and eventually was just settled. The staff was friendly, but I was not one of their regulars, and that’s where the welcome ended. Their food however was honestly the most significant let down. I tried two of their specials to make my review, the hometown breakfast and the burger dip. All of their menu wordings about hand patties and made in house recipes I am severely skeptical of. Nothing I tried there tasted authentically theirs, or even that they had even tried. The sausage links on the breakfast had one overcooked and the other half frozen. The burger if hand pattied was very mechanical looking. Their signature made in house burger sauce was wishbone thousand Island dressing. Their au jus was a powder mix that may have just as well been straight soy sauce. Honestly their food wasn’t worth the risk of getting ill over and that was the end of my meal.

Cute small town Cafe. I had the cinnamon French toast, really good, I don’t like maple syrup, asked if I could get a side of brown sugar was given plenty and the extra butter on my French was great. My husband had the 4 egg make your own omelet. The restaurant is located in the small town of Fircrest. Our server was friendly and attentive. Will be looking forward to going back.

So we have been coming here a lot mostly Sunday’s we are always served by the biracial girl very sweet, pleasant and professional, there is another lady with short hair very pleasant and professional but there is a Caucasian skinny tall lady with long hair that looks brown or black with some highlights she is mean, rude , unprofessional and I strongly believe she is racist I always get a very discriminatory attitude from her. This Easter Sunday she was very mean and acted like she didn’t want us there . She is the only rude server here .everybody else is very pleasant and the food is great hope you don’t get served by her if you are black ♀️
