From the moment we walked in, you could feel it was going to be a good experience. The smell was amazing, which made me even more hungry, and the staff was welcoming. Once we ordered, it felt like 2 mins, and the food was out to us. Everything looked great, smelled better, and the taste was so good that we ate almost EVERYTHING. But when I was there, the waitress and the cook were having lunch next to me (that is ok) and watching Vietnamese TV with sound unmuted – ver unprofessional. The food is mostly good enough (only had a couple of instances where ingredients looked expired or food wasnt cooked properly) but, the service is always very slow. The staff here makes me feel like im an inconveneice. Ive never seen a staff member here smile! Then, I have to just hope someone will come fill my water cup when it is empty. I have to wait so long for someone to come by the table to see if we need anything. And the last handful of times I’ve gone in to eat, they have the heat at what feels like 80 degrees and it has stopped me from returning. I cant sit and eat because its absolutely roasting in there! It’s too hot and the service needs a lot of improvement.
