While I enjoy coffee, I don’t order it out much as I am particular on the type of coffee beans used, flavorings/additives used, how it’s brewed, and more. I also have found that some places brew there coffee in contraptions that are mostly plastic, leaching harmful chemicals into your drink. All this to say, while out of town, I wanted to get some coffee but found that there wasn’t any shops open in Franklin or Oil City but this one. My family and I ordered decaf coffee, pepperoni pizza, and an Italian sub with soup. After ordering, we overheard one of the workers say to another that she wouldn’t brew a pot of decaf coffee for the 3 decaf coffees we ordered and she would just use the Keurig to make ours. We had then inquired about it and asked if they could brew us a fresh pot, which they declined but stated that the Keuirg and their own coffee brewer both contain plastic parts where the hot water runs through or where the coffee comes out. We ended up asking for a refund and didn’t drink the coffee. We ordered some food for the kids and waited about 30 minutes for our food order of a pizza (9 in), soup, and small sub. There were 3 workers and when we arrived we were the only customers, so I didn’t expect the food to take very long, considering it was a sub and small personal sized pizza that was assembled there but not homemade. The potato soup was not good and the whole thing was tossed. The service was sub-par and the food was mediocre, and overall I didn’t have an enjoyable experience and have no plans to return. I typically cater my reviews to the location I am in and when I’m smaller areas that don’t have a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I review based on expectations. This experience just wasn’t enjoyable and I would have liked to have left while ordering but already committed to stopping for drinks and some food.

Friendly staff and it was decorated for Halloween! It’s a very cute place and I loved my pumpkin coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel.

Such a wonderful place! I took the kids there to see the Easter Bunny! They had a fun time. Plus my son got a bubble tea and loved it. I tried the Almond Joy blended latte. It tasted exactly like the candy bar. Oh, and the muffins are incredible.

Best cream stick donut l ever had. Small but worth it! Cute little coffee shop. Nice atmosphere. Quick service. Loved the tiny fridge for the cream.

The staff was so kind and welcoming! I felt very comfortable! But on top of that the food was amazing! We had the cream cheese danish and it was delicious, and my cinnamon latte was awesome! We will be back 🙂

I liked it, however the previous owners had these AMAZING muffins that were HUGE and they were so delicious, and I went to get one. Well, they have stopped selling them and That upset me a little. I’m not big on scones, which they had replaced the muffins for, but they were Ok for a scone. I like muffins- please bring them back!!

We’ve been coming here for years on our trips down to PA, we always enjoy our lunches and drinks. As of our last visit, this is a business which recognizes/supports medical freedom, which is a huge bonus in my book.

I like the coffee there but i wish they didn’t use styrofoam cups. This is why i dont go there. Styrofoam never leaves your body. It’s bad for your body and bad for the planet.

A *little* on the pricy side. Got a medium latte for myself and my girlfriend and figured a $10 would do the trick and take care of the tip. The poor chap who made my coffee didn’t get much of a tip … but it was tasty!

I am the ultimate coffee critic, that’s right I know the difference between a good cup & a bad cup, the coffee here is the smoothest best tasting coffee I’ve had in a long long time. Treat yourself, you’ll be glad you did, and the customer service is excellent.
