We are a seasonal venue with sand volleyball and live music performances. We have multilevel seating, including a high rise deck with a bird’s eye view of the entire place. We operate with 2 bars in the summertime with walk up or table side service. When the weather heads south, the patio area closes, but the Clipper Bar remains open for seating all winter long. Come and visit us! We have been locally, family owned since 1991.

What a remarkable place..hidden off the main drag of Warsaw IN…service was seriously perfect..food was sooo amazing…fresh seafood made to order gang…if you ever want to get away please come here…it’s absolutely special..everything on the menu is amazing..it’s called having pride in your job and this chef has it!!! Wife and I went here for dinner. I have to say the layout is like navigating a labyrinth (very much part of the charm) but when we ended up in the bar area it was well worth the journey. The waitress was awesome and the food was great.

This is a place that clearly had no master plan and has grown organically, which gives it a feel that is not comparable to anything else you might find anywhere else… The food is top notch, volleyball league is held here, and live music or not, this place is always hopping, always fun, always my favorite place to go in town. We love this place. We go once a year around the same time. Our favorite is the walleye . It’s amazing. Great atmosphere. However, this time I did get the fish tacos .they were amazing. Only suggestion would be… fry those tortillas!! Other than that highly recommend
