You guys tell me, is the photo a picture of mutter masala?! Or is it canned soup? I’ve never had worse Indian food in my entire life. It also came with our packaging open as you can see in the other picture. Horrible. We ended up ordering pizza.

Fresh food. Ready on time and the owner even called to let me know. Tried the goat curry, the Indian Buffalo chicken, and the lamb chops. Many other local places will re-heat pre made things and resell for much more but this place seems to make their own food fresh and without cutting corners. Owner was sat with his mom and family behind the counter, support the local and authentic flavors!

So I have been eating at different Indian restaurants throughout Philla and DE county. Today I tried this one and to my surprise my food was good. I give the chicken curry an 8 out of 10. The spice was perfect, the sauce was really good, rich with flavor and seasoning… but had a little too much tomato taste to it. I also had the samosa chaat which I rate a 9 out of 10. The samosa chaat was one of the best I have had in Philly! Flavorful, chick peas were soft and the chutneys were delicious. Last but not least the laccha paratha. I would rate this a 6 out of 10. It was a bit doughy and not enough butter. I have had this bread in several restaurants and the best paratha is buttered with a little crunch to the edges. Overall, I would definitely go back. The food was good, the place was very clean and the customer service was nice and accommodating. Great job! I wish I knew how to post pictures of my food. It definitely looked appetizing and smelled so good! I look forward to trying more dishes.l

I found myself at spicy masala kitchen for lunch on a Monday. I walked in and ordered at the counter. The gentleman working the restaurant were attentive. The restaurant is clean. And they take debit cards unlike the Chinese store next door which tries to make you take money from the ATM which they own in order to pay them.

Absolutely the best. I have been here half a dozen times. First of all, it is very clean. The management does a great job of this, go inside and see for yourself. Second, this food is so good and seasoned so well with the perfect amount of spice that it makes me euphoric. Finally, the customer service is great and everyone is very nice and gracious. Eat here. Support Philadelphia spots that care about their craft.

This food is so good! I have a shellfish allergy along with being pescatarian and my guys made me a salmon curry and I cannot get enough of it. Literally, after working late hours I find myself eating here every night.

I stumbled on this place by accident and I’m glad I did. They have Incredible Indian food that is very savory, fresh and full of flavor. Their customer service is amazing and they have always greeted me well. I have been back 5 times and they have always been consistent!
