My husband and I just moved to the area and were excited to find that there were several Indian restaurants to choose from. This one was closest and had the best reviews so it is the one we chose. They did not disappoint! The inside of the restaurant is a little weird. Plastic plates and forks – definitely not formal by any means. That’s totally fine, we weren’t looking for that! The food was delicious. Our server was great. We ordered the pani poori based off of the review we read, and she even made sure we knew how to eat it (so nice!). I ordered the chicken vindaloo and my husband tried the goat sagg. Both were spicy and delicious. We will for sure be back, and hopefully try some more menu items!

My first experience was absolutely amazing. Employees was helpful and friendly. Good ambience. Chicken tikka masala, chana masala, chicken 65, butter naan, gulab jamun; everything was delicious. I will definitely be back again to try more.

Really excellent Southern Indian cooking! I had the masala dosa and a goat entree and both were fantastic. The second time I had the grilled salmon tandoor and it was also amazing. I would recommend getting the mild unless you can handle the heat. Medium spicy is probably like hot at other restaurants.

Excellent food. The chicken tikka is tender and flavorful, the naan is buttery and crisp, the chana masala is a savory blend of spices, and the gulab jamun is juicy and sweet. The hostess is welcoming and attentive, which makes the atmosphere of this restaurant very charming and family friendly.

They recently opened this branch at Storrs Center. And tbh, the service and food, both are better here than the Hartford branch. Tried their south indian food as well as indo-chinese. Both were tasty. Also they have kept the prices low, which makes me wanna come here more!
