I love Spice and have been to most of the locations. This one was tasty but be warned they will not let you dine in at an arbitrary hour. I got there at 9 on a Tuesday and they wouldn’t let me eat inside even though they were doing takeout for another hour. So I literally had to take my food and eat it on the bed of a nearby parked truck. If your hours say open til 10:30, please note if you can’t eat quickly inside well before that.

I absolutely love this place, the location is steps from the Williamsburg bridge. After eating you could walk over the bridge and back. Inside the restaurant there is not much seating but it could hold a party of 10 on one side and two party of 4 on the other side of restaurant. The service is very good and the food is amazing.

In the past I didn’t have the best experience with this restaurant but decided to give them another shot since they’re within walking distance. I paid $10 for overcooked, dry chicken egg rolls. When I called to complain, the person abruptly hung up after I made my complaint. Not only is their food terrible, their customer service is even worse!

I have ordered here multiple times because I hope it’d be better the next time, but unfortunately not (they are the nearest Thai place). The noodles have no sauce at all and are dry (pad se ew) even after adding a note asking for extra sauce twice. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
