I always stay at this hotel when travelling to the area and make time to eat/drink here at least one night during my stays. The food is better than you’d expect and the bar staff is very attentive! My only suggestion is to have some live music or other entertainment going. With the amazing view from the patio, it would add a cherry to an always fantastic experience.

Chris has such a sweet, kind personality. He remembered me from a previous visit and was always so helpful. He even impressed my father, and that is hard to do. Bob was very accommodating for me since I had just had back surgery. He has a good sense of humor. The food was always good and portion size was more than enough. Very clean. All in all, an A+ experience. I come from a hospitality background and they went above and beyond!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant Spice & Sky located within the Holiday Inn, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the exceptional management.

I wish I could give it a Zero. But not because of the ambiance or the staff (both were perfect) but because my whole group has food poisoning. We are from out of town, and we had been staying there 8 days. I only 2 nights and another friend only 2 nights, the others live in Atlanta. We ordered the chicken each of us in different styles. Our friend immediately started throwing up maybe 10 min after eating her chicken wings then our other friends one by one after we finished our food and started our game night on the roof, we started getting sick, by the morning we were all throwing up and using the bathroom violently.

Such potential. However if the Holiday Inn wants to turn the breakfast area of the hotel into a very pricy restaurant, they will need to do better. You can host children’s birthday parties, allow karaoke and then attempt to have an upscale nice, classy vibe. Pick what you want to be.

I hate that I have to give this place a bad review because it was really beautiful and the vibe could have been 1000x better but other than views everything made this night the worse. I used to work at restaurants for years, and I know how hectic it can be.. so I am not judging but many things could have been done differently. None of the heaters were working but one so we were freezing… the bon fire also didn’t work.. the service was terrible and the food they brought was also not good at all.. the waitress was super slow and kept forgetting to bring our drinks. Mind you it was not busy at all.. we ended up ordering our meal with another guy because she took half of the tables order and didn’t come back.. the salmon I had had no flavor whatsoever and the rice was undercooked. Not one person liked their food and there were about 15 of us. I asked to get a high noon and instead of the waitress telling me they didn’t have any she just brought me another random margarita drink.. took forever to bring everyone’s drink out and kept forgetting to refill. We were here over 3 hours because then at the end she kept messing up our tickets and actually got into some words with the other waiter who was trying to help her. I didn’t get any friendly vibes from her and think she made comments on purpose.. this was a special occasion and I hate we didn’t get the experience everyone talks about.

Cool rooftop bar with casual outdoor patio area overlooking the Atlanta skyline. (Located in the top of the Holiday Inn. Free parking in the deck and the elevator takes you straight there without having to go through the hotel)
