Sparky’s Pizza was founded in the town of Sandy, Oregon in 1999 by the Sparks family. Since its founding, we have been providing the very best pizza around. Today, we have 6 locations between Mt. Hood and Portland. We love being your local neighborhood pizza joint!

I am bias, because I judge pizza by if it is as good as Flying Pie on Stark or not. While Sparky’s is not as good in my opinion, they make a great pizza and we love getting pizza here every few weeks. It’s definitely the number 1 pizza, in my opinion, for Estacada.

We ordered 2 pizzas for take out. While the flavor was good. Pizzas were lukewarm. Crust was a horrible wet sponge texture. Very greasy, soggy blah. We had to put them into the oven to dry them out and warm them up. I’ll drive clear to Gresham for flying pie. Like we should have done this time for this much money. Another restaurant in Estacada crossed off the list. Sadly

I grew up in an Italian neighborhood I Hartford, CT, with Italian bakeries, restaurants, pizza and grinder shops on every corner. And I lived in NYC and on Staten Island. I thought that I knew that Franklin Giant Grinders, on Franklin Ave, Hartford, CT Made the best pizza I’ve ever had. They absolutely do make the best Grinders. But then I discovered Sparky’s Pizza in Estacada, OR. Their Manhattan pizza, with extra sauce, spinach, calamata olives, cooked, well done, is the most awesome pizza I’ve ever had!!!

My husband went in this evening to pick up our order and after giving the name was told they didn’t have it/looked confused. He specified name and spelled and the girl told him it would be about 7 minutes. He sat down to wait and after ten minutes a boy offers his help, same thing happens but the boy goes and looks and lo and behold our pizzas have been ready since before we got there. We get home and didn’t get the side sauces we ordered, and the marinated chicken is red and spicy, which is not normally so. Not impressed with service the last few times going in. Not one to normally write reviews but disappointed it took them two people to find an order that was waiting to be picked up.

Just went in there to get breadsticks, and the customer service of the lady who took our order was terrible, the whole time we were ordering she wasn’t paying attention to us, and looking all around besides at us. I asked her how many came in a pack and she said 6, not clarifying that it was only the regular size, so we bought what we thought was 2 6 packs of the large, only to end up getting 2 separate breadsticks. Even though the lady sucked, the gentleman who gave us our food when picking up was very nice.
