I went to Spargo’s for the first time expecting great food, great service and great hospitality in the tradition of Greek diners. My server, Veronica, was delightful and worthy of a 30% tip. The owner was rude and arrogant and for that reason I will never go there again. He seem to care only about turning over the tables and getting me out of there quickly rather than allowing me to enjoy a leisurely brunch.

If you want the fastest sit down restaurant with friendly service, this is the place. It’s crazy fast and reasonable prices all things considered with the economy. Food is good, but nothing spectacular and I wouldn’t expect anything different from a Greek diner. Your food will be sent to you the way you ordered and prepared correctly.
