Sovereign is a small little restaurant serving Asian dishes. The food and portions are good, and the prices are on the cheaper side for Miami. The owner is usually there and greets customers. I had the ramen with chicken and beef. There was so much in my bowl that it left me completely stuffed. They also serve Boba Tea and have many flavors to choose from. Overall, a great place for a quick meal that won’t break the bank.

So installed the WiFi and network for them and had a talk with the young man in charge about which type of restaurant it would be and got excited right away. I LOOOVE Poke bowls and have had a few places I prefer so I wanted to give this joint a try. Man I’m so glad I had time to swing by today, it just became one of my favorite poke joints in town. He recommended to create my own and I listened so I opted for the spicy tuna and eel with rice as a base. They really do focus on fresh ingredients here and one can tell with just one bite and the way they keep all veggies and sides fresh at all times. The sauces like poke, spicy and Hawaiian are just what gives the bowl the final touch. I really enjoyed this bowl like I haven’t in a long time.

Wow! Their pokè, Korean glass noodles, spring rolls, and brown sugar babo milk tea were all super delicious! Way more tasty than I thought! And adding many extras is acceptable. I’d love to go again when next time I go to Miami!

I like to consider myself a regular here, the staff is always so nice and so is the owner/manager. Everyone is welcoming. I usually order their boba drinks between 2-6 at a time and either I or my husband picks it up. I havent tried one I haven’t liked as of yet but their butterfly lychee is always my choice as it’s my favorite. Their food is really good and healthy, my kids usually get the poke my way and I’ve tried a variety of dishes. If you dine in its cozy and the ambience is nice. It’s a small and quaint place full of flavor and friendly people. The only downside is the parking situation as you have to find parking in any nearby public parking garage however thats for all of downtown unless you’re lucky and find a spot on the street. You could easily get here through the metro mover also and get off on the Bayside stop and walk there, it’s a short distance.
