First time here. I had the fried chicken with mac & cheese and collard greens. I also got a slice of cake and a drink. Everything totaled about $23. (The meal doesn’t come with a drink, and a slice of cake is almost $5). It was a bit expensive, but everything was delicious! I went on a Sunday, and they were busy. They told me it would take about 20 min to get my food, but it didn’t take that long.

Only eaten at this restaurant a few times and so looking forward to trying more of their daily specials! The sides were seasoned well and the service is friendly but the meats need a little work still. Their menu is updated daily on Facebook and so hope to try some of their Cajun entrees soon!

My husband and I eat here at least once a month. I’ve had fried chicken which is so moist and seasoned perfectly. Reminds me of my mom’s! Meatloaf is even better than mine! Of course my absolute favorite is the fried catfish. Mac and cheese makes me so happy, broccoli casserole tastes like homemade, iced tea is amazing. I don’t think you can go wrong with any choice from here. Congratulations on opening such an amazing place!

Southern & Savory Cafe is delicious. I had the fried chicken, fried okra and macaroni and cheese and really enjoyed it. The service is friendly and the line moved quickly during the noon rush hour. I plan to try some other items on the menu soon.

My family has eaten here several times. The food is DELICIOUS. We have a picky little eater who always devours the fried chicken, macaroni, and okra. The portion sizes and prices are fair. The service is superb. Please do your tastebuds a favor and support this local business.

I’ve gone twice this week! First I got the fried chicken with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. On Friday I got the fried shrimp, Mac and cheese, and French fries. The breading they use for the fried items is great! Food has always been hot and flavorful!

Yummy food, friendly service. I went there for lunch and had fried chicken, mac & cheese, cajun cabbage, and peach cobbler. The mac & cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had. I tried the cajun cabbage, honestly not knowing what to expect, and boy, was I surprised! It was really good. The chicken was cooked exactly right, and everything was served with a piece of sweet, yellow cornbread. I’m not normally a fan of cornbread, but this was good.
