This is my second time eating at this place. The first time was delicious. The second time was trash. I’ll never eat here again! Food was terrible and they gave me burn chicken!! It’s sad because I was extremely hungry . They didn’t make my food properly. I was suppose to have the deluxe and I got nothing but mayo and pickles..

We reserved tables for fithteen people for a birthday party. Service was outstanding with drinks and appetizers quick! As all the parties showed dinner was ordered and came out very reasonable time. All the participants were very happy with the food and services provided. we then stayed for the band and moved tables to better see and enjoy the band with rocking the night. It was awesome experience and top vocal performances, hat’s off to the band member’s and staff! Special thank you to Dee for a wonderful time and memories ❤️

Stopped by for a late Friday lunch. Quiet time of day with just us two and a few people at the bar. Servers and bartender were super chill and attentive. Small menu selection and we tried/split the chicken fingers tossed in lemon pepper dry rub and the going clubbin’ Turkey club sandwich. The fingers were OK but the sandwich was amazing on super juicy (buttery) Texas toast with Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese. So good!

Loved it. First time and it felt like home. Safe environment, great food and drinks. They had live entertainment from 8 to 11pm. We didn’t leave until after 11pm. Goldy Locks band was interactive and great music. They also did request. Easy and safe parking. We’re definitely coming back and we’re 60 miles away.

This place is massive with seating on two levels and big screen tvs upstairs for viewing entertainment below. I came to see a Jimmy Buffett cover band that had free admission on the last Sunday evening in August. As a Parrothead who has heard the real Buffett, I can attest that this singer with two female backup singers and an impressive tropical band made the Key West legend proud. The menu is small at Southern Roots, but the chicken fried steak I ordered was tasty and served hot with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The waitresses were attentive and everybody had a great time! If you haven’t been to this tavern, get tickets for upcoming bands. You’ll enjoy the experience.

It’s a great place for a concert. Located on the Square in Mcdonough. Nice place. I’m not sure what the capacity is. I’ve been to several concerts there. Always had a good time. The food is good and the service is good. They generally book tribute bands. A good time.

We, Curiousi-Tease, performed there with Fenton Sparrow and loved everything! From the space itself, to the food, and the folx. Thank you all so much for your solid Southern hospitality!

I visited with my grandma and we had a great time. Arthur was an incredible server – attentive and thoughtful! Definitely order the Brisket Samdwich. One of if not the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. We also enjoyed the acoustic music! We will be back.

Fantastic venue for live music, although we *really* wish they had a dance floor! I came here for the first time recently, and we’re coming back tonight for another show. Also, the smoked wings are !

We went for dinner on a weekday and we were seated and served very quickly. The staff was super kind and attentive. The food was delicious, but the chicken was very hard to chew and tough. We had the Nashville chicken sandwich and the normal chicken sandwich. The appetizers such as the pretzel bites and funnel fries are okay. The drinks were very tasty and they have a variety of options. Very chill vibes overall.
