Full on local diner. This is one of those places where locals eat. They are holding conversations about their lives, sharing newspapers and chatting with the wait staff. It is charming. The atmosphere is hole-in-the-wall diner. For breakfast no drinks for 2 including tip-$28. Portions are huge. The food is diner food so average.

We’ve had breakfast here twice, and I highly recommend it. The menu has a lot to choose from, including some of the best omelets in town. The restaurant is clean and cozy with fast service. It’s in a little strip mall that’s easy to access, and there’s plenty of space for parking. The food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.

I love coming to southend kitchen with my mom. We enjoy our weekend breakfast here. Their prices are super affordable. Basically you spend a good $6-$12 a person here. Make sure to tip the girls though because they make sure you get your food fast! Everyone is very kind here and the food tastes good. Coffee is pretty fresh here as well. Overall I recommend here for a nice homemade style breakfast with a very relaxed atmosphere.

If you grew-up in a small southern town during the 60s, the SouthEnd Kitchen may be a lot like the neighborhood diner you remember. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is quick but personal. Many folks in the neighborhood eat at the SouthEnd Kitchen several times a week and the staff goes out of their way to learn their names and what they like. There are specials everyday. My favorite is the Chicken Parmesan, YUM!

First time eating at a classic diner. Just awesome. Food was great and served quick. One side note the staff thanked every customer as they departed. Great Americana experience!! We will come back.. support small business.

We’ve been ordering thru doordash for over a year, and the last 4 orders they always forgot something ; last week 2 onion ring orders, made a claim( it has to be thru doordash), and they told me they can’t refund the money.Fries most of the time are cold, and missing ingredients.
