Discovered this diner today and loved it! Had the chicken meal with mashed potato and green beans. 2 pieces if meat and a large drink for $7.49! The food was fantastic and it is fast! What a value!

Excellent little diner. We had the chicken special. Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a while. The bread pudding was also amazing. My 9 year old loved the butter.

Although they advertise open for breakfast and lunch, it is a buffet where you order at the counter and take to your table. They shutdown breakfast somewhere around 10:30 and don’t have food for lunch until a changeover while their sign says they are open and their hours are 7 am – 2 pm. No where is it indicated they are closed for changeover but when we went in, that was the case. We didn’t see the breakfast selection and when the lunch was being setup, the choices were sloppy joes or chicken or chicken strips with no other sides available. I would recommend El Agave for lunch (or dinner), or even go to Mason’s grocery to get donuts or cold sandwiches and warm them in their microwave before I would eat here.

Highly recommend!! From the reviews we chose to stop here on our way to Omaha, NE from Monument, CO. It will be a stop on the way home… Fantastic food, the chicken and pie are so delicious! This diner is a different set-up but very good. Fried chicken is awesome. The prices were very fair also. If you like fried foods and chicken this is the place. They also had a ruben sandwich fresh off the grill.
