Is located in the beautiful city of New Orleans… Me and the wifey were here for my niece’s wedding. After reading other reviewers, I have to tell you my experience was good. The food was plenty. Sandwich was large, We probably could have ordered just one and split it. Customer service for us was a 10 fine young gentleman.Place looked clean. Price was about $19 a sandwich with fries yes. Which which we think is expensive.. But let me tell you everything in New Orleans is expensive! Haha…

$18.00 for just a sandwich and bottle of water is absurd where are the frys with the sandwich . Then when I asked if I could get a fountain drink the employee proceeds to tell me that they only have water and other employees are getting fountian drinks themselves wth !!! Glad I only occasionally come to the city !!!

We ordered a general philly cheesesteak and it is mostly bread and zero cheese. I’m talking like the last five or six bites just straight bread. The kid making the sandwiches decided to take a break mid sandwich. We also ordered a teriyaki one as well and were given a plain cheesesteak. Also the last quarter of it just straight bread. Definitely will never be back.

The food was just ok . Probably much to expect from Mall food (especially not much to expect from Philly Cheesesteak in New Orlean Mall) . However- when I unfolded my steak it didn’t really look appetizing, you can see it in the photos . Other that that it does the job I guess

They forgot to dress my steak (lettuce, tomatoes, mayo). The fries were cheap (thin cut) not thick steak fries as shown, and unseasoned. Cheese was basically undetectable. Cheap mushy bread. Definitely not worth $19. I’ve been to Philly and this place is sooo far off.

This is the worst cheese steak I have had in my entire life. The food was inedible and it was something that looked like a flat black piece of chipped paint. No seasoning, flat soda, fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Had to go back and forth with two young ladies before the manager came out and issued a refund.

people who work in this store are trash. They dont know how to deal with customers. And their manager is so so trash. She doesn’t know how to talk to humans. They charged me extra for no reason, and when I talked to their manager, she was like (mom your order is ready to pick up)!!!! Like just take your food and leave. I just paid my money for nothing . Even their sandwiches was not good. I had a really bad experience in this location. I’m so disappointed.

BEWARE The customer service here is horrible!!! No hello, No how may I help you ? Simply a person who took 2 mins to come from the grill to take our order. That was a process in itself I had a question on upsizing the meal and he simple said “SO” Not yes or No but “So” we then paid and moved down to the pick up area the lady was on the phone texting someone and heard me but did not stop I could see the food was sitting there and when she finished her text she then said here is your food and by then the fries which were clearly not hot already was just barely warm my recommendation is to hire more customer geared service people (you will make more money with repeat customers) vs one and done and treat people better as far as the food goes it was just ok and the fries are soggy so we will not recommend this place nor go back to it.
