The cashier was a young girl who looked the most unbothered person in the world lol. She mustve been new. She got my friend’s order wrong as well as mine. I wanted the eagle which was under the chicken category. I don’t know what they gave me but it was steak. The sub itself was okay. Really dry and little flavor. If I’m ever back in concord mills, I would avoid this place. I don’t recommend unless if you want subpar food with terrible service.

$16 for a “regular” Philly with fries and a drink. Philly was suppose to have peppers and onions. I think I counted 10 pieces total. Went back to get a refill on drink as I bought the combo. They wanted to charge me $1.25 for a refill. That’s more than I paid for the drink! Don’t worry I chocked down the rest of these terrible lunch without drink! Incredibly disappointed. Won’t be back here!

My gf ordered a large steak sub with lettuce and tomato added to it. For whatever reason the guy that was bagging the orders gave another customer the wrong sub, which was supposed to be hers. He realized he handed the wrong sub to the guy and instead of correcting his issue and apologizing. He said “oh you let him cut in front of you” it took them about another 6 minutes to remake the sub. It was a white male working the register with a shorter black male cooking the meat with studs on, didn’t get their names.I think these employees just need better training, because the cook didn’t know how to properly cut the steak and the other guy didn’t know how to wrap a sub without the ends still being out. I have managed both a sub restaurant and I just expected better service. When it comes to the food I’m even more disappointed, the steak is try, pretty flavorless, can’t taste the cheese at all, the roll kinda reminds me of the buns they served us in middle school. So over all just do yourself a favor and walk 45 steps to your right and order a sub at fire house.

GARBAGE. Took about 5 minutes before the lady came out from the back to attend us and when she finally came out she acted as if we weren’t waiting for her to attend us. When we finally received our food it tasted horrible, the food was bland, and was cooked poorly bread was not toasted and soggy, fries WERE COLD…. And I am extremely upset because I really spent $25 on this trash.

I ordered the naked philly which had peppers mushrooms French fries steak and no bread if it had onions i couldn’t telI . I had to much whiz cheese on my food to taste it. I didn’t like it because I prefer no to have my food smoother. I would not refer it.

Was at the mall shopping and decided to try south Philly. It was busy but the line moved pretty quickly. The crew that was there seemed to be working together. Had a conversation with the guy at cash register. He was funny. Will definitely come back. Fries were hot. Sandwich was great.

My boyfriend and i were really craving cheese fries. We saw this place an hour before it closed and decided to get a quick bite to eat. When we walked up to the counter the employees didnt acknowledge or greet us. We were discussing what we wanted to each other while the employees tried their hardest to not make eye contact with us. Finally i asked if they were open and the employee mumbled yes. I asked for a loaded fries combo and were told they were out of fries. Which was unfortunate but what really made me irritated was them blatently ignoring us when we were the only customers there. Ive worked food service and yeah and it sucked when a customer orders last minute but an hour before close? Just for some cheese fries literally made with cheeze whiz (it says on the menu that its cheeze whiz) I dont think thats unreasonable.

Had to wait over 20 minutes. We ordered a large whiz kid to split and we got a small. Meat tasted sour and gross. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I Would have tried to get my money back but didn’t want to deal with the druggie working the cash register. Lesson learned.

Food is not very good. Guy was rubbing his nose constantly that was working there and didn’t wash his hands. Also overcharge for stuff so keep your receipt. Place is also filthy, like they don’t wipe anything down… they were not busy either.
