Absolutely some of the worst food and service I have had in a long time. This place has the potential to be a fun, lively, and entertaining space, but I don’t see it lasting long with this level of service and the poor quality of the food. After being there 40+ minutes we finally got an appetizer and our cold food. The beer menu is very limited for a sports bar. Jack’s serves a much better burger (and fries). I could forgive a lot if they had been super-busy, but that was not the case. So much disappointment.

Nice and clean, food was good. But the service wasn’t there. Went there with my classmates and while everyone else got served their drinks on multiple ocassions I kept getting skipped over like I had the plague. I only got served my one drink and never got asked for a refill during the 1 1/2 to 2 hours I was there and that’s even after I tried to flag down the 3 servers that served us. Service is everything which can make or break a business among many other things.

Good food, a little pricy and lacking in the amount that is served. The service on the other hand was not great. We arrived at 6pm and the rest of our party trickled in over the next 20 mins or so. Over the next hour we were served our appetizers and drinks. Things were going semi smooth for a party of our size as to be expected. Our waitress did an ok job keeping up with our drink refills before we all ordered a bite to eat off the menu. Now we are going to say its about 7-715 ish when we ordered. Around 745-8ish my family’s order was delivered and the only one to be delivered out of the 25 people (includes 10ish kids). It took another 30 ish mins for 2 more of our party to recieve there food. After over an hour only half of our guest had food. Now close to 9 o’clock and the last of the orders arrived and the remainder of the party eats. Around 930 everyone has finally ate and we leave. It shouldn’t take that long for food to be cooked and delivered. Luckily, all the food was nice and hot. I will say that there is plenty of space for the kids to run around and play without bothering other guest. This experience left a bad impression that will not easily be forgotten.

Great place! Lots to do with plenty of space. Volleyball, corn hole, darts, with multiple courts/sets/boards for each. Friendly staff, good food, and great drinks. Try the Sangria! I will definitely be back when I am in Anniston!

I enjoyed it. The place is super chill with many volleyball courts. Nice outdoor ambience! Would recommend for someone who isn’t into clubs and likes to enjoy themselves on a calmer level as opposed to clubbing.

I will start with what was good to eat the Supreme pizza….crust and cheese really good..Sauteed Brussel Sprouts oh yes with ranch dressing… they were served colder then I would of liked but flavorful. The serving time was very slow and did not have good organization. Will try again later.

Great food. Larger selection on the menu than I thought. Roomy inside and tons of seating outside. Friendly staff and reasonable priced. Highly recommend and I will return.

We had lunch at South Beach on Saturday and stayed a while to watch a game. We had 5 in our party and we each had something different. The food was amazing, staff was attentive and prices were reasonable. We are excited to have them at McClellan.

Food was great but service was really lacking. Fun place with lots of potential once the service kinks get worked out. Maybe it was just our server since 3 other people seemed to come to her rescue.
Sailing Vessel SOLMATES
They are not a chain, they are locally owned and a new business. No major hiccups. Great staff, great service, great food. Very cool venue. I’ve been here 3-4 times and Ive yet to be disappointed
